The Residence

On the beach of Cala Granu

Residenza Sea Smeralda is a small private residence at Cala Granu, near Porto Cervo on the Costa Smeralda. It was built in 1977 in the original Sardinian-Mediterranean style, with terracotta floors and ceramics.

The apartments stand in a garden of Mediterranean plants and century-old Sardinian junipers, with direct access to the white sandy beach. In season the beach has sun loungers, parasols, a restaurant and a lifeguard.

The marina of Porto Cervo and the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda are within walking distance. Every apartment has its own parking space inside the residence.
