Holiday apartments on Cala Granu beach

Cala Granu is a small bay at Marina di Porto Cervo, in the municipality of Arzachena on the Costa Smeralda. Residenza Sea Smeralda is at Via Cala Granu 1, and the beach is reached directly from the residence.

Cala Granu beach

According to the tourism portal italia.it, Cala Granu is about 80 metres long and 20 metres wide on average, with very fine white sand. The seabed is mostly sandy and shallow, rocks enclose the bay on both sides, and the beach is sheltered from the winds. Access is open to everyone. In season there are sun loungers, parasols, a restaurant and a lifeguard; there is also a bar on the beach, with sun loungers for hire against a fee.

The residence

Residenza Sea Smeralda is a small private residence built in 1977 in the Sardinian-Mediterranean style, with terracotta floors and ceramics. The apartments stand in a garden of Mediterranean plants and century-old Sardinian junipers. Every apartment has its own parking space inside the residence.

The apartments

Ten apartments with one to three bedrooms for up to six guests, all with direct access to Cala Granu beach. Some have a terrace on the sea, others look onto the park or the garden. For example: Sea View, 124 m² on the ground floor with open sea views; Bonbonnière, for four guests, with a terrace on the sea; Arcadia, for six guests, with a portico and a private garden. All apartments are on the apartments page. Beyond the residence there is also a country villa with a pool, the Country Villa.

On foot and by car

On foot you reach the Clipper restaurant, the Porto Cervo marina with the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda (about one kilometre) and the Gregoland playground. A few minutes by car are tennis, golf and a supermarket. Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is about 27 kilometres away.
