Family holidays at Cala Granu, Porto Cervo
Residenza Sea Smeralda lets apartments for four to six guests, with direct access to Cala Granu beach, a fully equipped kitchen and a parking space in the residence. This page sets out what there is for families and which apartment suits how many people.
The beach with children
According to the tourism portal italia.it, Cala Granu has very fine white sand and a sandy, shallow seabed and is sheltered from the winds; the portal describes it as suited to families with children. From the residence you walk straight onto the beach. In season there are sun loungers, parasols, a restaurant and a lifeguard. About 400 metres away, on the hill above the marina, is the Gregoland playground.

Up to six guests
- Sea View: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one queen bed, two single beds and a sofa bed; 124 m² on the ground floor with a sea view.
- Park View: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, one queen bed, two single beds and a sofa bed; 83 m², terrace over the park.
- Arcadia: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two queen beds and a bunk bed; portico and private garden.
- Aurevia Seaside: 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 300 m²; an integrated apartment with a separate entrance suits family members or a nanny.
Up to five guests
- Sea Garden: 2 bedrooms and a children’s room with a bunk bed, on the sea.
- Garden: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed; portico terrace with garden.
Up to four guests
Beyond the residence is the Country Villa: three double bedrooms, three bathrooms and a pool, for six guests; two bedrooms form a separate apartment with its own entrance, suited to children or a nanny.
Kitchen and services
The kitchens are equipped, with a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer and a capsule coffee machine; the amenities also include a washing machine, beach towels, a beach umbrella and loungers. On request we arrange babysitting, dog sitting, cleaning during your stay and a stocked kitchen before arrival. A supermarket is at the Porto Cervo marina, about 800 metres away.
