The Residence
A small private residence on the beach of Cala Granu, near Porto Cervo on the Costa Smeralda.
Residenza Sea Smeralda was built in 1977 in the original Sardinian-Mediterranean style. Terracotta floors and ceramics run through the apartments.
The residence stands in a park of Mediterranean plants and century-old Sardinian junipers. From the garden there is direct access to the beach and the emerald-turquoise water of the bay.
Every apartment has its own parking space inside the residence. The apartments can be let all year round.

Cala Granu beach
A white sandy beach in the bay of Cala Granu, reached directly from the residence. In season there are sun loungers, parasols, a restaurant and a lifeguard.
